SocialFlow Data Deletion Notice

SocialFlow is operated by Hubei Wteya Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. It is used to manage customer inquiries and messages from authorized social media accounts.

How to Submit a Deletion Request

Please send an email to connect@wteya.com with the subject line marked **SocialFlow Data Deletion Request**, and include the following information:

- Relevant platforms (e.g., Instagram or Facebook)
- Your username or personal profile link
- The business account you have contacted, together with the scope of data you wish to delete

Do **not** send passwords, verification codes or access tokens.

Processing Procedure & Scope

We will verify the connection between the applicant and the relevant data, process the corresponding data stored in SocialFlow upon confirmation, and notify you of the outcome via email. Where data retention is required by law, we will state the reasons and scope for such retention.

Deletion may include message copies, contact information and associated customer service records stored within SocialFlow. This operation will **not** delete your Instagram or Facebook account, nor the original messages on the Meta platform.

Revoking SocialFlow’s platform authorization and deleting stored data are two separate actions. To delete stored data, please contact us via the email address above.
