Mid-Autumn Festival 2026: WTEYA Delivers Holiday Gifts Across Its Network

The Mid-Autumn Festival is a time for reunion in China, and WTEYA made sure the occasion reached every corner of its operations. This year the group prepared holiday gifts for all staff, with distribution arranged by workplace: seasonal fruit boxes for the group headquarters, and mooncakes for the Jingshan smart manufacturing plant and colleagues at branch sites nationwide.

Headquarters: Fruit Boxes of Pomelo, Pear and Persimmon

Headquarters staff received gift boxes containing three seasonal fruits — pomelo, pear and persimmon. Pomelo is a fixture of the Cantonese Mid-Autumn table and symbolises reunion. Pear is regarded as cooling and well suited to the dry autumn weather. Persimmon is chosen for its homophone meaning "everything goes as you wish". All three are fruits that are at their best in the weeks around the festival.

The boxes were distributed in the week before the holiday. The administration team counted and packed them department by department so everyone could carry the gift home ahead of the festival and share it with family.

Jingshan Plant and Branch Sites: Mooncakes for Everyone

The Jingshan smart manufacturing base in Hubei is WTEYA's core production facility. Production colleagues stayed on shift through the holiday period, so the plant prepared mooncakes for the entire workforce to ensure nobody missed the occasion.

Colleagues at branch sites around the country received their own mooncakes at the same time. From the Guangdong headquarters to Jingshan in Hubei, and across project sites and service points, the same gesture arrived on the same day.

The Substance Behind a Small Gesture

For a business founded on equipment manufacturing and engineering delivery, people are the most real asset. Over close to two decades WTEYA has grown from a single workshop into a company with the Jingshan manufacturing base, a nationwide service network and more than 2,000 clients — progress built on the daily effort of shop-floor and site teams.

The gift is modest in value. What matters is that headquarters, plant and branch sites were all included — a small but clear statement about how the company treats its own people.

Holiday Duty Arrangements

Duty rosters for the Mid-Autumn holiday have been finalised at every WTEYA site. Project teams are staffed according to client requirement and service hotlines stay open throughout, so that client schedules and project milestones are not interrupted by the holiday.
