What does it consist of?

How it works
This device distills and dries the mother liquor under reduced pressure, maximizing waste liquid reduction. Its principle is similar to the boiling point of water at low atmospheric pressure in high-altitude areas: when the pressure in the container is reduced to approximately -90 MPa, water boils at around 50°C. This principle is used to achieve the evaporation, dehydration, concentration, and solidification of the mother liquor.
Traditional wastewater treatment equipment is expensive, complex, and space-consuming. Most companies treat high-concentration waste liquid as hazardous waste. Even when treatment equipment is available, it often uses filter presses and centrifugal dehydrators, which have limited dehydration effects. The moisture content of the residue after treatment is about 60%, and can reach 70%-80% after equipment aging, requiring filter cloth replacement and resulting in high treatment costs.
Compared to traditional methods, this device is simpler, has lower operating costs, and reduces the moisture content of the residue after treatment to about 10%. Simultaneously, the evaporated water is condensed and liquefied in a condenser, producing no harmful gases.
